Ingredients

  • 4 ½ ounces peeled or 5 ½ ounces unpeeled.
  • Ounces Fresh Mushrooms -- whole,
  • halved
  • Medium Onion -- sliced and
  • Cup Hot Water -- (I like 3/4 cup)
  • ¼ Cup
  • Dry Sherry
  • ¾ Cup
  • Croutons
  • ¼ Cup
  • Swiss Cheese -- shredded (1 ounce)
  • *May be
  • refrigerated just before baking for 3-24 hours
  • Then, bake, covered, 40 minutes
  • 4 Servings
