Ingredients

  • French macaron shells
  • 60 g almond powder
  • 60 g egg whites ( leave in room temperature for few hours or a day )
  • 1 tsp egg white powder
  • 120 g/1 cup icing sugar
  • 60 g castor sugar
  • some red food colouring
  •  
  • Raspberry Buttercream
  • 40 g raspberry puree
  • 1 tsp of lemon juice
  • 60 g Western Star, unsalted butter (Or any unsalted butter)
  • 90 g icing sugar
