  • 1 bunch of scallions - chopped
  • 2 oz can of anchovies with capers and olive oil
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp. black pepper
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • ¼ tsp. red pepper flakes
  • ¼ cup raisins
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley – chopped
  • 2 tbs olive oil and more for drizzling
  • Fresh grated Parmesan cheese or Romano cheese
  • 1 lb of your favorite spaghetti
