I like to call it a pinacoladacake as it consists of pineapple, coconut, and cream. Today I'll be sharing the recipe for one of the most yummy cakes I have had in a while
Frost cooled cake, and sprinkle with coconut and refrigerate until serving. For cake, preheat oven to 350° F. Pour batter equally into 3 greased and floured round cake pans. 1 box yellow butter recipe cake mix. 1 cup shredded coconut (you'll need just a little extra to sprinkle on top of cake too)
Also, if you want it to be like a real piña colada, don't be afraid to add some rum into the cake while you're adding the pineapple and/or mix some into the frosting
