  • 1 egg white
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 150 gm cabbage
  • 200 gm bean sprouts
  • 6 dried shiitake mushrooms
  • 1 small carrot
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoon black soy sauce
  • 2-3 tablespoons light soy sauce
  • 1 tsp chicken stock powder
  • cooking oil
