  • Fresh pasta tagliolini
  • 100 g of plain flour
  • 100 g of semolina flour
  • 1 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 free range eggs
  • To dress tagliolini
  • 50 g of butter
  • juice and zest of 1 organic lemon
  • 3 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese
  • ground black pepper
  • Fresh thyme
