  • 11/2 cup confectioners’ sugar
  • 11 large egg
  • 11 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 11 teaspoon almond extract
  • 12 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 11/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 11/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • 11/2 teaspoon salt
  • 11/2 teaspoon salt, optional and to taste
  • 1 sprinkles, for decorating
