Ingredients

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 11 dash salt
  • 11 quart buttermilk
  • 11 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 11 can (20 ounce size) crushed pineapple, drained
  • 11 can (17 ounce size) fruit cocktail, drainedIn large bowl, combine sugar, salt, buttermilk, and vanilla until well mixed. Gently stir in the drained fruits.
  • Pour into two 9" pans. Freeze until firm. Cut into squares.
