  • 4 small glasses
  • 1 orange, peeled (and remove seeds if necessary)
  • 2 medium bananas
  • 1 small apple, cored and quartered
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 3/4 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen(or fresh) pineapple chunks
