If your Blendtec doesn’t feature an Ice Cream/Frozen Yogurt button, blend on a Low speed for 15 seconds, then blend on a Medium High speed for 30 seconds

You could make it with Splenda for those who are diabetic or add mint chocolate chips for mint-freaks… Do it up anyway you want, this recipe gives you the bones for making a lovely treat for someone this holiday that you can make out of your pantry
Because the coffee is cool, it will help cool down the heated chocolate, which is very important because hot melty chocolate will break down the whipped topping
Without further adieu I will give the recipe for this hotchocolate that may not be the original recipe but it brings back the original memories of Saturday and Sunday nights with popcorn and hotchocolate
