Ingredients

  • For the crust
  • 8 graham crackers, broken into pieces
  • 5 Tablespoons unsalted butter, melted and cooled
  • 3 Tablespoons sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • For the filling
  • 1¼ cup milk (I used 2%)
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ⅔ cup crunchy peanut butter (I used Skippy Natural Extra Crunchy)
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 8 oz frozen fat free whipped topping, thawed (I used Cool Whip)
  • ~1/4 cup mini chocolate chips, for topping
  • ~1/4 cup crushed dry roasted peanuts, for topping
