Ingredients

  • 10 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 ⅓ cup mayo
  • 13 Tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 11 teaspoon coconut extract
  • 11 cup heavy cream, whipped until stiff peaks form
  • 1¾ cup coconut
  • 11½ cups pineapple chunks
  • 11½ cup sliced bananas
  • 11½ cups sliced strawberriesSpray a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray.
  • 1 In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, mayo, coconut extract and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in the whipped cream. Add coconut, pineapple, bananas and strawberries. Stir gently and pour into baking dish and cover.
  • 1 Place in the freezer for 24 hours before serving.
