Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Candied Papaya (Tutti Frutti) : 1/4 cup Candied Cherries (chopped) : 1/4 cup Rum (I used dark rum) : 1 cup -
  • 1 1/4 cup
  • 1 1/4 cup Eggs : 3 nos.
  • 1/4 cup Vanilla Extract
  • 2 teaspoon All Purpose Flour
  • 2 Cups Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground Cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Chopped Nuts
