  • ¾ cup packed light brown sugar
  • 2½ sticks unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons light corn syrup
  • 6 oz. dark chocolate, finely chopped*
  • ½ tsp. vanilla extract
