Ingredients

  • 2 3/4 cups cake flour

  • 1 cup full-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon butter flavoring
  • 2/3 cup brightly colored sprinkles of your choice

  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup plus 1 Tablespoon sugar
  • 1 egg plus 3 egg yolks
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 1 pound cold butter, sliced up
