  • 150 g buckwheat flour (Plus extra for dusting)
  • 50 g chickpea flour (gram or besan flour)
  • 2 tbs arrowroot powder
  • 100 g potato, peeled and cooked
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 handful coriander, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • freshly ground black pepper
