  • 2.50 a bunch
  • 1 cup thinly sliced garlic scapes (Note: before slicing, discard everything past and including the bloom, which looks like the bulgy part, slicing up just the hard stems)
  • 3/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 1/2 cups freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
