  • 150 g Dark Muscavado Suar
  • 170 g Grated fresh beetroot
  • 170 g Butter-room temperature
  • 100 g Milk Chocolate roughly chopped.
  • 120 g Self Raising flour
  • 30 g Cocoa powder
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 2 Tbsp Oil
  • 3 Tbsp Milk
  • 2 Tbsp Ginger powder
