Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp garbanzo bean flour
  • 1 scoop vegan vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp maca powder
  • 1/8 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp sweetener of choice (stevia, coconut sugar, etc)
  • 1 tsp chia seeds + 1 tbsp non-diary milk of choice
  • this forms a chia "egg"
  • 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp non-dairy milk of choice
  • 1/2 tbsp blackstrap molasses
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
