  • 1 tablespoon Grand Marnier (optional)
  • 1 Tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • Ruby Tangy Tangerine Curd Ingredients
  • 6 eggs yolks (beaten)
  • 1/2 Cup white sugar
  • Approximately 9 Melissa’s Produce Ruby Tango Tangerines.
  • Zest to create 1 1/2 teaspoon zest.
  • Juice tangerines, enough to make 3/4 cup juice.
  • 1 tablespoon Grand Marnier
  • 1 Tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup butter
