Ingredients

  • For the tart filling or cake if you are making without a crust you will need
  • 2 mashed bananas
  • 300 g ground almonds
  • a few drops vanilla
  • 3 eggs
  • 150 g golden raisins, soaked and ground to a pulp using an electric hand blender
  • 125 ml natural yoghurt
  • 1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
  • 2 spoons cornflour
  • 2 drops vanilla essence
  • 1 \2 teaspoon grated lemon zest
  • 200 g gluten free flour
  • 100 g butter
  • 4 to 8 tablespoons cold water, depending on the humidity and temperature of where you happen to live, add a spoonful at a time
