Ingredients

  • 3½ cups almond flour
  • 1½ teaspoons Himalayan pink salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil (melted)
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 5 eggs, room temperature (or vegan substitute)
  • 2 cups (100 grams) grated carrots
  • 1 cup (150 grams) raisins
  • 1 cup (125 grams) chopped walnuts
  • 2 cups (285 grams) raw cashews (soaked about 1 + hour, drained and rinsed)
  • 1/2 cup coconut or almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil (melted)
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 capsule powdered probiotic or 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Organic flowers and/or fresh herbs
