  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder ½ cup gluten free flour blend (* If your gluten free flour doesn't contain xanthan gum, add ½ teaspoon) 1 teaspoon baking powder 8 tablespoons coconut oil ¼ cup almond milk 2 large eggs 1 cup sugar ½ teaspoon vanilla ⅛ teaspoon salt Instructions Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, add all dry ingredients and mix well. In a small bowl, add all wet ingredients and mix well. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix. Add optional mix ins like nuts or chocolate chips. Spray coconut oil in a baking dish. Pour batter into baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes until done. 3.3.3077
