Ingredients

  • 2 cups mashed russet potato
  • 3 medium sized potatoes
  • 1 c mashed sweet potatoes
  • 1.5 potatoes
  • ½ c tapioca starch
  • ¼ c rice flour
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 tsp dried sage
  • 4 or
  • 5. Heat a large frying pan over medium heat.
  • 7. Sprinkle with sage, salt and optional sugar.
