Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 bars
  • 1/3 cup of brown rice flour, 1/3 cup of sorghum flour, and 1/3 cup of tapioca flour.
  • 1/4 cup of sugar.
  • 1/2 cup of butter with a pastry blender. Make sure it is well blended together.
  • 8 x 8 square pan.
  • 1 3/4 cups
  • 2 of
  • 3/4 -1 cup of sugar and 3 T of gluten free flour
  • 2 eggs and add to the sugar/flour mixture.
  • mix
  • 3 T of fresh lemon juice and 1 t of zest.
  • 1/2 cups of rhubarb,
  • 1/2 cup of shredded coconut, and
  • 1 t of vanilla
  • 325 for 30 minutes.
  • 2 T of powdered sugar over the top
