Ingredients

  • 10 seeds per fruit.
  • 1 month in the freezer. Slice and bake as many cookies as you need, and save the rest of the dough for another time.
  • Gluten Free ● Egg Free ● Dairy Free ● Soy Free ● Casein Free ● Peanut & Nut Free ● Corn Free Makes 48 cookies 1/2 cup Butter (Non-Dairy or Dairy)
  • 1/4 cup Organic Shortening (such as Spectrum's Organic Palm Oil Shortening)
  • 3/4 cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 cup Meyer Lemon Juice (or regular lemon)
  • 1 tbsp Meyer Lemon Zest (or regular lemon)
  • 1 tsp Rosemary, chopped
  • 1 3/4 Wholesome Chow's Gluten Free All-Purpose Baking Mix
  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch or Arrowroot Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Xanthan Gum
