Ingredients

  • 1 package Wholesome Chow's Gluten Free Vanilla Cake Mix
  • 1/4 tsp Xanthan or Guar Gum (optional)
  • 1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/3 cup Oil (Safflower, Coconut, Canola, or similar)
  • 1/2 cup Unrefined Natural Peanut Butter (preferably, the other stuff will work too), stirred
  • 1/3 cup Brown Sugar
  • 4 tsp Flax Meal, ground
  • 1/3 cup Milk (non-dairy or dairy)
  • 1 cup Salted Peanuts, crushed or chopped
  • 12-14 minutes and remove from oven. Let cool for 5 minutes, then transfer cookies to a cookie rack (optional) to finish cooling.
  • 1 week Yum
