  • 2 tsp tapioca, potato, or arrowroot starch
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 tbsp maple syrup (or liquid sweetener of your choice)
  • 1 1/2 tbsp non-dairy milk (I used unsweetened almond milk)
  • 1 handful vegan mini marshmallows (I used Dandies)
  • 1 handful vegan chocolate chunks (or chocolate chips)
