Ingredients

  • 250 g frozen or fresh gnocchi
  • 3 big tomatoes finely chopped
  • 1 garlic clove finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup boiled radish sliced into thin half moons
  • 1/3 cup fresh or frozen green peas
  • 1/2 cup milk. ( I used almond milk)
  • 3 tbsp cooking cheese
  • Salt, black pepper to taste
  • Red pepper flakes to taste (optional)
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme (optional)
  • Parmesan cheese for garnishing
  • 1 sprig of thyme for garnishing (optional)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
