GobiManchurian is a simple and easy to make appetizer in which the deep fried cauliflower florets are tossed in tangy and mild spicy sauce flavored with garlic and spring onions
Water as needed for cooking cauliflower. I have already shared a version of gobimanchuriandry in this blog, but i am posting this recipe as a updated version of it
Cut cauliflower florets in to required size and discard core and leaves from it. Gobi 65 is party appetizer mostly loved by vegetarians. 1lb / 1/2 kg cauliflower 1 tsp ginger paste1 tsp garlic paste1 tsp red chili powder or chicken 65 powder as per package instruction1/2 tsp garam masala powder 1 tbsp thick curd or to taste1tsp light soy sauce (optional)1/2 cup corn flour3 tbsp rice flourA pinch of orange food color or as neededChat masala as required (optional) Salt to tasteOil for fryingMethod. After 10 minutes, drain the water from the florets and place it on the paper towel to remove excess water from cauliflower florets. Mix well so that masala as to coat evenly and cook it right away after 15 minutes or refrigerate for minimum 2 hours or maximum overnight but bring gobi masala to room temperature before cooking. / 1/2 kg cauliflower
Prawn manchurian is a recipe which was on my mind for quite some time. I made this as dry version, you can make it as gravy too, for that add some water after you add sauce and then boil it

Clean and wash cauliflower and potaoes. 1 cup cauliflower florlets2 medium size potatoes1/2 cup freash or frozen peas or cooked dry peas1/2 cup chopped onions2 finely chopped green chilies1 tsp ginger garlic paste 1/4 tsp red chilli powder 1/2 tsp garam masala 1 tsp soy sauce 1 tsp Lemon juice or amchoor powder1/4 tsp turmeric powder Cilantro as required. 1 cup cauliflower
