  • For sauce
  • 1 tsp cubed onions
  • 1 tsp cubed
  • 2 tsp chopped garlic
  • 1 tsp chopped ginger
  • ¾ tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp chilli sauce
  • ½ tsp tomato ketchup
  • Oil (for deep frying)
  • Salt
  • Spring onions (to garnish)
