Ingredients

  • Goji Berry Smoothie
  • 3 tbsp goji berries
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp flax seeds
  • 1 banana handful of (frozen) forest fruit
  • 200 ml coconut water
  • Soak the goji berries in the coconut water overnight (or for a couple of hours). Add all the ingredients to a blender or a mixing cup and blend into a creamy smoothie.
