Ingredients

  • 8 inch square
  • 66 g butter
  • 66 g cake flour, sifted
  • 66 g sugar (you can increase this to 100g for a very sweet cake)
  • 83 g milk
  • 53 g egg (c. 1 egg)
  • 100 g egg yolk (c. 6 eggs)
  • 200 g egg white (c. 4 eggs)
