  • 1 Egg White
  • 2 - 8 ounce Cans Crushed Pineapple
  • 1 1/2 Teaspoons Baking Soda
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Paste (or Extract)
  • 2 Cups Sugar
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk (the canned type, not the daily dairy alternative)
  • 1/4 Cup Coconut Oil, plus 1 Tablespoon for greasing the pan
  • 1 Cup Grated Coconut
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Pecans
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
