  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 11 (3.4-oz) box instant vanilla pudding
  • 11 cup sour cream
  • 14 large eggs
  • 11/3 cup canola oil
  • 12 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 11-1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 13/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 13/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 11-1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 12/3 cup butter, melted
  • 11/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 11 to 2 Tbsp milk
  • 1 ingredients:
  • 1 box yellow cake mix 1 (3.4-oz) box instant vanilla pudding 1 cup sour cream 4 large eggs 1/3 cup canola oil 2 teaspoons vanilla extract 1-1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs 3/4 cup packed brown sugar 3/4 cup chopped pecans 1-1/2 tsp ground cinnamon 2/3 cup butter, melted 1/2 cup powdered sugar 1 to 2 Tbsp milkPreheat oven to 350ºF. Grease and flour a 9x13-inch cake pan.
  • 1 In a large bowl, combine cake mix, pudding mix, sour cream, eggs, oil and vanilla. Beat with an electric mixer for 2 minutes. 
  • 1 Combine graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, pecans, cinnamon and butter..
  • 1 Pour half of cake batter into prepared pan. Sprinkle with half of graham cracker crumb mixture. Pour remaining batter on top and prinkle batter with remaining graham cracker crumb mixture.
  • 1 Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack.
  • 1 Combine powdered sugar and milk. Drizzle over cake.
