Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond meal
  • 1 cup total mixed raw nuts pieces & seeds
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tbs ground flaxseed
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 egg OR 1 tbs chia seed mixed with 3 tbs water or non-dairy milk
  • 1/4 cup raw honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup raw almond or cashew butter
  • 1/4 cup Enjoy Life dairy-free chocolate chips (optional)
