  • 1 1/4 cups Flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/3 cup Shortening
  • 4-5 tablespoons Cold Water
  • Lemon Meringue Pie
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups Sugar
  • 3 tablespoons Flour
  • 3 tablespoons Cornstarch
  • dash Salt
  • 1 1/2 cups Water
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1-2 teaspoons Finely Shredded lemon Peel
  • 1/3 cup Lemon Juice
  • Meringue For Pie
  • 3 Egg Whites
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cream of Tartar
  • 6 tablespoons Sugar
