Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of onion.
  • 2 T of parsley
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2 T of butter and let it melt.
  • in
  • 3 T of white rice flour.
  • 10 oz of milk/water and whisk until smooth and the "soup" starts to thicken.
  • 1 t salt, 1/2 t of black pepper, parsley, mushrooms if using, and 1 t of Chicken Better Than Bouillon.
  • 2 pounds of organic ground beef
  • 1 cup of regular oatmeal and
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 T Worcestershire sauce and
  • 1/2 cup of grated cheese.
  • 350 for 45 minutes hour.
  • 3 T of ketchup with 1 1/2 T of brown sugar and spread it over the top of the meat loaf and bake an additional 15 minutes.
