  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh mint, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon cumin
  • zest of 1 lemon 1 egg ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper

  • For the Tzatiki Sauce
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt, plain
  • ½ cup English cucumber, diced
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • juice from 1 lemon salt and pepper, to taste
