Ingredients

  • 8 Sheets of homemade phyllo bough
  • 1 lb Spinach, fresh or frozen
  • 2 cups feta cheese, crumbled
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 1 bunch Green onions, chopped
  • ½ cup Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 Egg
  • ¼ cup of Olive oil
  • /8 oz ground beef
  • 1 onion, minced
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp tomato sauce
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp dried mint
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 180 C. Lightly oil an
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Saute onions until soft and lightly browned. Stir in spinach and parsley, and continue to saute until spinach is limp, about 2 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside to cool.
