  • 3/4 C non-fat greek yogurt
  • 2/3 C sugar
  • 2 Tbl. pasteurized egg whites
  • 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
  • 1 vanilla bean
  • 1/2 C butter or margarine
  • 1 1/2 C graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 bag frozen mango pieces (12 oz)
