I definitely wanted to use the green enchilada sauce but I did not want the dish to be swimming in liquid – as I feared it might be if I made a roux with milk and also added the enchilada sauce

Transfer to prepared baking dish, cover, and refrigerate at least 6 hours (or up to 24 hours). If you have the time, I like to pull the dish out of the refrigerator and allow it to sit on the counter and come to room temperature for about 30-60 minutes before I put it in the oven. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F for 1 hour (or until pasta is tender andchicken is cooked through)
This recipe is probably not nearly as creative as the ones on the website but I took all my ingredients and turned them into chickenand broccoli macaroniandcheese

We like to add 2 cans of chopped greenchili's for a little more zing
Serve chicken with green beans and potatoes alongside. Season the chicken with pepper. Combine the cheese with arugula and baby spinach and stuff the breasts
