GreenChutney Loaf (plus I made a banana bread, fig bread, doughnut muffins and popovers. Now I'll share all the versions made by me, in the weeks to come, but lets start with GreenChutney as it's one of my favourite flavours

Restaurant style GreenChutney can be prepared easily with mint leaves or coriander leaves. In a mixer-grinder jar add coconut pieces, green chillies, roasted grams and grind without adding water
-Green or Red salsa + Mexican cheese + chopped cilantro. It’s a pricier machine (compared to other brands)… but well worth the cost, in my opinion – especially if you like to make fresh bread, rolls, and yeast-leavened baked goods fairly often
Once done, serve them piping hot with some ketchup or greenchutney. The breadrolls are best served for breakfast or with evening tea as snacks along with coriander chutney or simply tomato ketchup
start with spring onions, add chopped green chilies add the remaining veggies. Bread spring rolls is a simpler quicker way to make crunchy spring rolls for an evening snack , for kids back from games, school , or simply to finish the few slices of bread whatever
Serve this chutney/ pachadi as a side dish with dosa/ crepe, idly, flatbread, rice etc. It is optional to add this tempered garnish or seasoning to the chutney
Now, you can use any type of round bread for this. I prefer this Hawaiian Sweet Bread but if you can't find it where you are, just use any sweet, yeast round bread
