Ingredients

  • 1 banana 1 packed cup of spinach
  • 2 cups pineapple, frozen or not
  • 1-1/2 cups coconut milk (almond or soy would work beautifully also)
  • 1/2 an avocado
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • 1 scoop of protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 heaped teaspoon psyllium husks
  • 1-2 teaspoons aloe vera gel
  • 1-2 teaspoons flaxseed oil
