  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) diced red pepper
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) diced red onion
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) finely chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) olive oil
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) lime juice
  • 1/4 tsp (1 mL) chili powder

  • 1/3 cup (75 mL) vegan mayonnaise
