Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tsp water
  • 1/2 garlic clove, finely chopped
  • 1/4 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp olive oil, plus more for brushing
  • sea salt
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • 4 oz chicken tenders
  • 3 cups assorted baby lettuces
  • 1 very small avocado, peeled, pitted, and diced
  • 1/3 cup thin gala apple slices
  • 1 tbsp dried cranberries
  • 1 tbsp chopped unsalted nuts (such as walnuts, almonds, or cashews)
