I love Thai food. Add the chicken, oyster mushrooms, lime juice, fish sauce, sugar, and chili flakes. But in Damascus, good Thai, let alone Asian food, is hard to come by
Food & Passion... The Diary of a Food Enthusiast
I made this recipe up in attempt to copy-cat the Trader Joes Balsamic and Rosemary GrilledChicken. Serve this on kabobs, over a salad, or as a main dish with some grilled veggies for an easy amazing summer dinner
Sometimes when I am out to eat at a bar and grill, I crave a good grilledchicken sandwich. It does require you to marinate the chicken (easy) and pull out the barbecue (fairly easy), but after that it is just assembling a sandwich and I'm pretty sure we'll all done that at some point in our lives
Once your chicken has marinated, skewer equal amounts of chicken pieces on each chopstick or skewer. The combination of grilled, skewered chicken (because lets be honest – what kid doesn’t love food on a stick that they can dip) and the sweet peanut dipping sauce makes this an almost perfect dinner solution
These sticky Thaichicken thighs are the perfect weeknight dinner. I can’t figure out quite the right word here but you get the point) to live off the rest of my life, it’d be Thai
