  • 2 tbsp margarine, for sauteing
  • 100 g minced beef
  • 200 ml beef broth

  • Seasoning
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/2 onions, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 2 tbsp chili sauce
  • 1 sheet of salam leaf/bay leaf
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
