Ingredients

  • 200 th post.
  • 1 kg salmon, cleaned.
  • Salt and lime juice as needed.
  • 1 large size tomate, thraw seeds and diced.
  • 10 green cayenne pepper, thinly sliced. You can reduce if you don't like.
  • 2 tbsp sweet soy sauce.
  • 2 tbsp tamarind juice (1 tsp tamarind and 2 tbsp water).
  • 5 tbsp oil for saute spices.
  • 1 medium size onion.
  • 6 cloves garlic.
  • 1 tsp fried shrimps paste.
  • 1 tsp ground coriander.
  • 1 tsp ground cumin.
  • 4 hazelnuts 5 green cayenne peppers.
  • 1 tsp salt.
  • 1 kg ikan salmon, dibersihkan.
  • Garam dan air perasan jeruk nipis, secukupnya.
  • 1 tomat ukuran besar, buang biji dan potong dadu.
  • 10 butir cabe rawit hijau, iris tipis. Kamu bisa menguranginya kalau tidak suka pedas.
  • 2 sdm kecap manis.
  • 2 sdm air asam jawa dari 1 sdt asam jawa dan 2 sdm air.
  • 5 sdm minyak untuk menumis bumbu.
