  • 1 cup leftover grilled tandoori chicken, cut up
  • 1/2 cup mango, diced
  • 1/4 cup red or orange bell pepper, diced
  • 2 tbsp red onion, diced
  • 2 tbsp celery, diced
  • 1-2 tbsp cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tbsp plain yogurt
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1/4 tsp curry powder
  • 1/4 tsp cardamon
  • freshly grated black pepper
  • salt, to taste
